J 2- Aiguamolls d'Empordà Natural Park

Morning dedicated to observing migratory birds. Lunch. Optional afternoon:

- walk to the largest dolmen in Catalonia

- wine tasting in a prestigious cellar

- bike ride to the Vilabertran Monastery

J 3- Empúries, vestiges

of the Greco-Roman city

Guided tour of the ancient city and its museum. A detour to the nearby port of L'Escala to enjoy anchovies, a local specialty.

Gourmet lunch in the medieval village of Sant Martí. In the evening, enjoy cava and tapas aperitifs in the port of Roses.

Day 4 - Peralada: landscapes, heritage & terroir

Visit the historic center. Gourmet lunch with wines from the "Perelada" estate.

Optional afternoon:

- digestive and scenic stroll in the countryside

- relaxation au "wine spa"
